Narrative description of Project:
This assignment was in response to government’s policy in establishing a national information network to enable the exchange of electronic information and services among government agencies, businesses and trading communities. A budget of 1,250 million baht was initially approved by the Prime Minister through the National Competitiveness Committee, and also approved by the Cabinet (in March 2004) to build Thailand’s Integrated Single Window e-Logistics platform to provide traders with a single point for the one-time online submission of all required information and documentation in export, import or transportation-related procedures.  
Description of actual services provided by your staff within the assignment:
• Draft the strategic approach and framework including the roadmap for the development of integrated single-window e-logistics system
• Design the conceptual architecture and three-year action plan to be used as a blueprint for the development of integrated single-window e-logistics system
• Provide the implementation strategy for National Integrated Single-Window e-Logistics
