Narrative description of Project:
The project involves the data rationalization, harmonization and modeling of 189 documents from 21 government departments. These documents are application forms, different kinds of permits, licenses and certificates needed for export and import procedures, including, for example, phyto-sanitary and sanitary certificates, health-related certificates and export/import permits. These 189 documents comprise of 6,765 data elements, and after mapping and harmonization with UN/CEFACT Core Component Library, WCO and UNTDED using Data Modeling technique, the number of data elements reduces to 259. This data set is a baseline and declared as the National Standardized Data Set. Data Models and XML schemas of all these 189 documents are also the deliverables of this project.  
Description of actual services provided by your staff within the assignment:
• Direct, organize, manage and ensure the quality and deliverables of the project from the inception through its final products.
• Lead and design the methodology and steps used for the project’s work breakdown structures, plan and schedule
• Review and approve applications forms, certificates and permits of 21 Government agencies by following UN/CEFACT recommendation
• Review the proposed National Standardized Data Set, Data Models and XML Schema
• Provide policy consultancy for government policy makers, and training for public/private sectors the knowledge about Data Modeling and Data Harmonization, and how to utilize the deliverables for the establishment of National Single Window/e-Logistics.
