Narrative description of Project:
This project intended to serve the Department of Export Promotion’s initiative in developing a Single-Window system to integrate services provided by 8 government agencies for exporters. The exporters or their representatives can electronically apply for export permits and other export document requirements such as certificate of origin and health certificates through this single-window entry system. This project is a proof-of-concept pilot project before the large-scale full-functioning system can successfully be implemented.  
Description of actual services provided by your staff within the assignment:
• Study and recommend best practices and strategic approach for developing a single entry automated system for trade administration and custom declarations
• Design the system architecture and roadmap for the development of single automated system with centralized e-forms, e-tracking, Internet licensing and Internet certificate features
• Determine practical steps in establishing the integrated Single-Window e-logistics system in government agencies that are suitable in the context of Thailand
